How to measure?
To ensure accurate measurements, take them in your underwear, as clothing can distort measurements.
The tape measure should fit snugly but not be too tight. It’s best to ask someone to help you to avoid mistakes.
Below you’ll find instructions on how to measure and a video tutorial.
