Terms and conditions
§ 1 General Provisions
The online store available at flexartleotards.com is operated by FIT-NET WORK sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Leśna 1, 37-205 Zarzecze, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7941829734.
The Store conducts retail and wholesale sales of leotards via the Internet. Orders are accepted through the website flexartleotards.com.
Using the Store implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Users should read them before making any purchases.
All rights to the website and the content posted therein are reserved and belong to the Administrator.
§ 2 Definitions
Administrator – FIT-NET WORK sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 1, 37-205 Zarzecze, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7941829734, the operator of the Store.
Store – the online store available at flexartleotards.com.
User – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Store.
Client – a User who has placed an order in the Store.
Terms and Conditions – this document defining the rules for purchases in the Store.
Products – leotards offered by the Store.
Payment System Operator – PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, Poland, NIP: 779-23-08-495.
§ 3 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the following is required:
- access to the Internet,
- a web browser capable of handling the website,
- an active e-mail account.
The Store is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by external factors or force majeure.
§ 4 Shopping in the Store
Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN).
The price listed at the time of placing the order is binding for the Client.
The purchasing process includes:
- selecting Products,
- placing an order,
- choosing a payment and delivery method,
- making the payment,
- receiving order confirmation by e-mail.
Orders can be placed without registering an account in the Store.
Unpaid orders within 48 hours will be canceled.
§ 5 Payment Methods
Available payment method:
a) fast online payments via PayU.
The Store does not accept cash payments.
§ 6 Delivery
Products are delivered via courier services.
Delivery costs are provided on the Store’s website and added to the order value.
The order fulfillment time is specified in the Store and may vary depending on product availability.
§ 7 Returns and Complaints
The Client has the right to return a Product within 14 days of receiving it.
This does not apply to custom-made orders placed outside of the online store.
Returns are only accepted for unused Products with original packaging and tags.
The return form must be sent by e-mail to: biuro@flexartleotards.com.
The Store will review the complaint within 30 days of receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
If the Client is entitled to withdraw from the contract, the following form may be used:
Model Withdrawal Form:
– Addressee [insert business name, full postal address, and, if available, email address]
– I/We() hereby inform you of my/our withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following goods() / delivery of the following goods() / contract for the performance of the following services()
– Date of contract() / receipt()
– Name and surname of the consumer(s)
– Address of the consumer(s)
– Signature of the consumer(s) (only if the form is sent in paper version)
– Date
(*) Delete as appropriate.
§ 8 Personal Data Protection
The administrator of personal data is FIT-NET WORK sp. z o.o.
Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
The Client has the right to:
- access their data,
- correct it,
- request deletion,
- restrict processing.

§ 9 Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply.
The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, and Clients will be informed of any changes.
The Terms and Conditions are available in the Store in a format that allows downloading and saving.
